  • One fine per offence per player per game week (Monday–Sunday).
  • Fines are due within two weeks of issue. The supplied policy adds £2 for each overdue week; Admin records these fees explicitly.
  • Students receive 50% off the offence fine when Admin has verified eligibility. No ID images are stored.
  • An unsuccessful appeal may add £2 following independent panel review. The supplied form requests three independent reviewers with no direct involvement.
  • Successful snitching may earn a 50p credit against a fine. Admin records credits and explanations.
  • Payments settle the oldest issued fines first. Waivers or corrections recalculate that allocation without erasing receipts.
  • The supplied policy says collected money funds team socials and activities.
